Here’s how to make Alford’s Poor Man’s Seafood Boil:
- Heat 3-4 cups of water in a hot pot or skillet of your choice.
- Put 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
- Add one pinch of salt.
- Once the water is boiling, add the pasta of your choice.
- Remove pasta once done into a bowl. Save some of the pasta water for flavor later.
- Cook half a pound of ground beef or any meat of your choice. Lightly season the protein. Remove protein and strain once done.
- Pour half-and-half creamer or use milk in the hot pot.
- Add half a cup of water.
- Add nacho cheese.
- Add jalapenos and jalapeno juice.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add noodles and protein once you have your cheese sauce heated.
- Stir and enjoy.
