Here’s how to make Alford’s Poor Man’s Seafood Boil:

  1. Heat 3-4 cups of water in a hot pot or skillet of your choice.
  2. Put 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
  3. Add one pinch of salt.
  4. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta of your choice.
  5. Remove pasta once done into a bowl. Save some of the pasta water for flavor later.
  6. Cook half a pound of ground beef or any meat of your choice. Lightly season the protein. Remove protein and strain once done.
  7. Pour half-and-half creamer or use milk in the hot pot.
  8. Add half a cup of water.
  9. Add nacho cheese.
  10. Add jalapenos and jalapeno juice.
  11. Bring to a boil.
  12. Add noodles and protein once you have your cheese sauce heated.
  13. Stir and enjoy.
