Here’s how to make Pedro’s world-famous Salmon and Shrimp with Crisp Vegetables.
- Season shrimp and salmon with Himalayan pink salt and black pepper
- Add olive oil to the pan on medium heat
- Add salmon to the pan for five to seven minutes on each side
- Add shrimp to the pan for three to four minutes on each side
- Add vegetables with a bit of lime juice
