Qualifications
- Must have a CDL with Haz Mat endorsement OR the ability to get an endorsement within 45 days.
- Must pass a DOT physical or carry a DOT medical long form no more than one year old.
- Must be able to pass a physical assessment for the job duties.
- Must be 23 years of age or older.
- Minimum experience of 1 year verifiable OTR experience with tractor trailer combinations.
- No DOT “recordable” accidents within the last 5 years.
- No DUI or drug related convictions within 7 years.
- Clean MVR
- Must satisfactorily complete a road test.
- The driver must be able to demonstrate, through prior experience, road test, or under observation driving with an ABCO driver, that he is capable of operating ABCO's equipment.
After review, certain exceptions to these qualifications may be deemed acceptable.
